I’m Michael Sjostedt, and I help people have fun. Seriously!

Through my Cut Loose Collage Workshops, I bring together creativity, wellness, and community in meaningful ways. I guide participants through engaging design exercises that encourage them to explore new techniques, challenge unhelpful inner narratives, and embrace creative experiments. It’s incredibly rewarding to see people shift from feeling stressed or unsure to deeply engaged, reflective, and inspired.
I work with a variety of groups and organizations—libraries, senior communities, employee resource groups, and schools, including wellness and after-school programs—to create art-making experiences that inspire connection, self-expression, and personal growth.
