Cut Loose

Unwind. Create. Connect.

Cut Loose offers a laid-back collage workshop perfect for both beginners and experienced artists. The classes are designed to foster a fun, stress-free environment where you can try new things, let go of the pursuit of perfection, and enjoy connecting with fellow creators. I also provide guidance through my design exercises, helping participants explore new techniques and challenge unhelpful inner narratives as they embark on creative experiments.

Cut Loose is ideal for:

  • Individuals seeking to learn a new skill, explore a fresh art medium, or de-stress;
  • Organizations seeking wellness-related retreats for team building or stress management;
  • Higher education institutions focusing on student life, engagement, and well-being;
  • Elder care facilities looking for art and wellness activities;
  • Veteran-support organizations seeking therapeutic and engaging art activities, promoting healing, camaraderie, and emotional well-being;
  • After-school programs aiming to foster creativity and connection;
  • Conference planners seeking breakout stress-relieving sessions for attendees;
  • Public and school libraries looking to provide fun and educational events to bring students, faculty, staff, and community members together, promoting well-being through interactive activities.
